Traveling, and no access to gym? Get excellent body weight workout

Lot of people complain that when they are travelling on business othey miss their work out. If your trip is longer than a week, it will dent your momentum and all the hard work you had put in before will be nullified very easily. This also starts affecting your nutrition.If you have access to gym during travel, great!You can always get awesome work out with just a pair of 20 or 25 lbs dumbbell in as little as 20 mins. But what if you don’t have a gym access.

You can get awesome workout with body weight alone.

1.Lunges (alternate walking, reverse or simple) - 8-12 per leg

2.Squat (alternate between normal, prisoner) - 15 to 20

3. Push ups (alternate standard, elevated) 15-25

4. body weigtht Bench/Box step ups (Just step in and step out of a bench /box /bed or couch) 8-12 per leg

5. Mountain Climbers -12-15 per leg

Do these 5 exercises with out taking any rest. This is one set and it takes approx 5 mins the first time and for subsequent sets it will reduce since you will maintain a higher intensity. Then take 60-120 secs break, and then repeat it 3 times. You will be huffing and puffing!

Do this 5 times, there will not be a dry spot in your t-shirt.Remember, intensity has to be high through out.

If you still have energy, you can climb 5 flights of stair or sprint 100 yards at full pace 3 times.

The most important point, when you are travelling, is your diet. Make sure your eating habits are well in control.When trying to shred fat (i.e.loose pounds), how you eat contributes 75%, work out contributes only 25%
